Donations are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated toward ongoing educational and operational needs.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transaction
• Incorrect donation amount entered due to technical error
• Unauthorized transaction reported within 48 hours
• Payment failure where amount was debited but transaction not completed

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
